Venerable Wei Dong was born in TaiDong , Taiwan. In 1994 he became a Buddhist practitioner. In 2012 he entered the Buddhist Order as a novice and in the following year he was ordained as a Buddhist monk.
He has diligently practiced Buddha's teaching since then. Concluding from his experience, he forms"Constant Zen" -----to observe every thought at every moment. During the 5 years period that he dedicated for his intense practice, he himself realized that if one wants to practice the Buddha's teachings effectively, the healthy body is a must. Therefore he has formulated a set of the methods to nourish the body and mind. He named it as" Relic Zen Mind Collection"
The collection contains the following 5 parts:
1. Mind emphases on realization.
2.Chi Breathing method.
3. nerve system into Meridian.
4. Bones structure
5. Tendons and muscles.
