BMN 101 – Introduction to Buddhist Meditation |
Spiritual Practice Calendar
Please record your daily spiritual practice here. Mark it sincerely and honestly. If due to some reason you couldn’t do it on some days, you may say so and it’s fine. Also mark what meditation you practiced and how long. How did it go? Did it go well? Or it was difficult to focus? Just record your feelings and emotions and your progress. Make sure to check our Dhamma USA YouTube channel to follow any given meditation to practice. Please start practicing at least 10 minutes a day. Then in the second week, increase your meditation period by 1 more minute. In the 3rd week add one more minute. So, by the end of the course, you should be able to improve your sitting session naturally. Send your weekly calendar to info@dhammausa.com to get feedback.
